ACTION Innovation Network Publishes Technology Ecosystem Asset Map

November 8, 2019

As part of ACTION Innovation Network's U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration Regional Innovation Strategies (RIS) i6 grant activities, a searchable and filterable map of New England regional technology ecosystem assets has been created for public use. In addition to assets listed under 14 subcategories, including incubators/innovation centers, university core research facilities, R&D facilities, pilot and demonstration sites and others, the map offers layers for MBTA subway and commuter lines, and median home prices in each city or town. This map is useful for both local and international companies and organizations to find the resources of interest to them. There is also a sorting function for industries, which will produce a view of industry clusters around the region.

The map will be continually updated and enhanced with new features. You can find the map on the Ecosystem Asset Map web page here on our website. Suggestions from users on what additional map features would be useful are welcome and can be submitted through a web form on the map page. We hope you will make use of this comprehensive tool!
