What is it?

ACTIONPass is an associate/virtual incubation membership program of ACTION, allowing members access to program and service offerings within the ACTIONetwork. It provides tangible value for incubator members, their client companies and any technology entrepreneur or emerging company. Through ACTIONPass, we invite entrepreneurs and business people from around the world to have a place to do business within our incubator network and connect with our technology ecosystem. What benefits does it provide?

ACTIONPass provides a low-cost entry point for individuals, early stage companies or established businesses, regardless of geographic location, to connect with us to:

• have a drop-in place to meet with partners or customers within our community
• gain access to incubator programs, office hours, and ACTION webinars and workshops
• attend local events for free or at discounted rates
• engage with businesses and stakeholders within the region
• grow their businesses and establish operations within our network
• develop partnerships

Who is eligible to participate?

• Any and all individuals and professionals, regardless of location, interested in participating in any technology industry!
• Client companies of ACTION incubators
• Alumni of ACTION incubators
• Individuals and entrepreneurs/emerging companies not yet ready for traditional incubation

Where can I use it?

ACTIONPass can be used throughout all participating member incubators in the ACTIONetwork, domestic and international. Visit the Incubators page to see a map and list of our member incubators.

When can I use it?

Member incubators provide meeting space with internet, whiteboard and projector during regular business hours, by appointment through ACTION, 3 to 4 day notice is recommended. Each visit is for a period of up to two hours. Incubator tenants have priority scheduling.

What does it cost and what are the benefits?

ACTIONPass can be purchased as a one-time visit, quarterly or annually. For $29 per 2 hour visit, $149/quarter or $499/yr you become an associate member and are entitled to non-resident virtual incubation services throughout the ACTIONetwork. As our network expands, so do your benefits! You receive:

• Access to meeting/conference space with internet, whiteboard, and projector in a ‘huddle space’, within our participating incubators and sponsor offices, as space allows, up to five visits/quarter or twenty visits annually, during regular business hours. Visits are up to two hours each.
• Access to scheduled “Office hours” with our supporting sponsors- legal, marketing, HR services, accounting, etc.
• Free or discounted monthly webinars, educational programming and workshops through ACTION’s Accelerating Success program
• Free or discounted admission to ACTIONetwork-hosted or co-branded events

How do I use ACTIONPass to schedule meeting space?

ACTIONPass benefits begin immediately with your paid membership. To reserve meeting space, email This email address is being protected from spambots. Our ACTIONPass concierge will contact the participating incubator to check availability and contact you to confirm your scheduled space.

You will be placed on our member mailing list and be informed of all upcoming events and programs available through ACTION. We do not share our member list.

ACTIONPass members are asked to be considerate of the incubator meeting space, be respectful of the time allotted, and take care to leave the area in the condition in which it was found. As there are other startup companies working in adjacent spaces, it is asked that ACTIONPass members respect the confidentiality of their work.
