The Evidence Network (TEN) is an authority on assessments of the impact of business support organizations on companies. TEN’s impact assessment methodology, recognized by the Center for American Progress, the Council of Canadian Academies, and marquee customers distinguishes the impact of incubators, for example, from other factors that affect company performance.  With attributed impact, incubator managers are equipped with reliable data to support requests for funding, communications to stakeholders, to attract the best companies, and to provide accountability to Boards of Directors.  Dr. Barge will provide insights into the methodology, how to assemble reliable metrics and benchmarks, and examples of results.
